It's Official!- Updated October 13, 2006
Ricky Carmichael announced yesterday at the U.S. Open in Las Vegas Nevada
at a press conference that he will be moving to four wheels in 2007 as he will be a driver
for the Bobby Ginn owned MB2 Motorsports Nascar Raceteam.
Carmichael signed a three year contract with 15 races
next year starting out in the late model asphalt racing and hopefully progressing to Craftsman
Truck Racing with a future goal to compete in Nextel competition.
His teammates will be Joe Nemecheck, Sterling Marlin and
Mark Martin. Carmichael, 26 is also planning to run an
abbreviated Supercross and motocross schedule next year
with Team Makita Suzuki Racing. Racing NASCAR has always
been a dream for Carmichael. He said this would be a new challenge for
him and he knows that the transitions will not be easy. He added that he understands the difficulties
that lie ahead for him but he is committed to do whatever it takes to
eventually make it to the Cup series. On another note, it was also
announced Carmichael and his wife, Ursula, are expecting
twins in early April! |

Resumes
- Updated October 2, 2006
Time is running out for those of you who would like to be on our 2007 Suspension
Plus Team. Below you will find links for two acceptable forms of
resumes. We really like Sample Resume #2. You may use
other types of resume forms...these are just suggestions. We really do appreciate those
who send their resumes in a timely manner. For 2007, we will also
be looking for additional female riders and ATV riders.
Please don't wait until the last minute to send in your resume, because
you may find this year that you will not get support. Thank you
to all of you who have already sent us your resumes. We have started sending out responses
to those riders that have sent us your resumes. You will
either receive a congratulations letter with a contract or a letter for future
intentions. If you have been chosen to be on our team for 2007, we
would appreciate if you would please return your contract by the due date.
If you have received a contract and choose not to be a part of our 2007
team, please let us know so we can give someone else that
opportunity. Please let us know if you have overlooked the due date and
do plan to return the contract. It is still
not too late to send in your resume!
