Personal Info: I am 17 years old. I began racing motocross in 1999, but I have ridden a motorcycle since I was 4 years old. I have also participated in harescrambles. I attend the First Avenue Baptist Church where I am active in their Youth Group. |
Racing Background: My Father was a National Harescramble Champion so racing has been in our blood for many years. I started riding Harescrambles at an early age. And then I moved to motocross when I was 8 years old. I first started at Midway MX in Bedford, IN on a KX 65. I won several races and my parents began taking me to other tracks throughout Indiana and Kentucky. I became more successful as I got older and then as I started winning more and more, they began taking me to larger races with more competition like the Mini O's and regional arenacrosses. I have won 75% of the races that I have competed in. I have been mostly injury free and have had only 1 broken bone and 1 concussion thus far. |
Education: I am a Senior this year at First Turn High School. I am a member of the Student Council, and Vice President of my class. I am also a member of our school's FCA Organization and Teens Who Care. I am taking Honors English and some college prep courses. I also am a volunteer at the local nursing home. |
Other Sports: I also participate in Track and Cross Country at my school These two sports help me to stay in shape for motocross. |
Best Career Results: My best results to date were at the 2007 US Open World Arenacross Finals in Las Vegas, NV in the 125 B class. I finished in 3rd place overall. I also finished 2nd in the District 15 year end points in the Senior Mini class when I was 12. |
How Will I Add Value to Your Company: I will advertise your company by using your stickers on my bike, trailer and other equipment. I also will include your name on any sponsorship lists at tracks. I will recommend you to others and try to always give 110% on my on track racing as well as my preparation and training. I will also show good sportsmanship in losing and as well as winning. I will show loyalty to your company. |
2009 Class: I will ride the Lites Expert class and will also ride the Open Expert and 4 Stroke Class |
My Future: I plan to move to try to qualify for Loretta Lynn's in 2009. After Loretta's, I will be moving up to the "A" classes. I hope to go to Florida to train some during the Winter depending on my school schedule. After graduation from high school, I will be attending college but still plan to race on weekends and will compete in the Toyota Bluegrass Series in 2009. |
Bike Brand/Size: I currently have a Yamaha 250 F and a 450F. |
