This 5th wheel has very low mileage (around 3000 miles) and is in excellent condition.It has dual axles with heavy duty 18" tires and 4 wheel brakes the front has an electric winch to raise the gooseneck. The rear garage/work area is air conditioned,5000 watt gas generator/portable and has a 2 ft. side entrance door, large diamond plated rear ramp door with a heavy duty winch. The garage/work area also has a work bench cabinet with a metal top and side wall cabinets.
The living area has two slide outs. One slide out is located in the kitchen area, that has a couch that makes a bed and has a kitchen table. The other slide out is in the upper bedroom where there is a queen size bed and a huge closed with a mirrored doors.
The living area has 2 tv's, refrigerator/freezer, gas range with oven, microwave oven, double stainless steel sinks, central air conditioning, furnace, 70 gallon fresh water tank, 5 gallon water heater, 60 gallon gray water tank. In the upper living area, there is a bathtub with shower, sink with cabinet and a separate enclosed commode area. This is a Mint condition 03 KX250 2-stroke dirt bike. This thing rips, only reason I'm selling is to have more money to put down on a house. Graphics kit, grips, bar pad, spark plug, fluids, all new, rear tire, sprockets and chain only have maybe 3 hrs on them. If you're looking for an awesome used bike, then this is for you, asking $2500 no less.
