| My name is Kody Hamer. I live in Oakland City, Indiana. I have been racing motocross for ten years now. My favorite Kentucky tracks are Little Sturgis MX and Mt. Chloe. My favorite Indiana track is Backwoods MX in Tennyson, IN. I also like Kenworthy's in Troy, OH. My favorite national track is Red Bud MX in Buchanan, Michigan. Besides motocross, I like to hunt, fish and train. My training program consists of running, weight lifting and riding as much as possible. My favorite exercise is lifting weights. My favorite school subject is Advanced P.E. and lunch. My favorite pro rider is Ryan Villopoto. I hope to qualify for Loretta Lynn's in 2008 and possible move to "A" class this year. My best motocross moment was running top 3 at Red Bud in the 2007 Fall Classic in the 125 B. My worst moments in motocross have been getting hurt. But the best thing about being a racer is traveling and meeting new friends. The hardest thing for me to be a rider is training. My girlfriend inspires me the most because she makes me stay on my training schedule. Besides motocross as a future career, I might be interested in CNC Machining. It is interesting work to get into. | |
