| My name is Clay Woeste. I have been racing motocross for 5 years. My favorite Kentucky track is Ballance MotoX located in Oakland, KY. I really like Podium One in Charlestown, Indiana, too. Dirt Country in is my favorite Ohio track. My other favorite is Baja and my favorite national track is Gatorback in Gainesville, FL. My favorite pro rider is James "Bubba" Stewart.
Beside motocross, I participate in football and basketball. I am in the fourth grade this year. My favorite school subject is Social Studies. I also like to hunt, fish, ski and ride bicycles.
As far as training goes, I try to ride as much as much as possible, bicycle, do push-ups, set-ups, and jog. My favorite exercise of riding.
One of my goals for 2009 is to win first place in the 65 class at the 2009 Loretta Lynn's Amateur Championship. My best motocross moment has been winning the 51cc (7-8) AMA 2 Stock Class at Loretta Lynn's Amateur Nationals in 2008. Probably my worst moment in motocross was crashing at the 2007 U.S. Motocross Open KTM Challenge in Las Vegas. I had pnemonia and an ear infection. The best thing about being a rider is hanging with friends and family. I think the hardest thing about being a rider is the travel.
The person who inspires me more than Mom and Dad is Billy Willian. Mr. Willian settles me down at the national starting gates. Nobody else can approach me, calm me and prepare me for the race as I sit on the starting line like he does.
When I grow up, if I have not made it to the pro motocross ranks, I would like go into Law Enforcement.
